Meet Coach Mark

Hi, my name is Mark Haines. I’m a happy husband, father, grandfather, and friend functioning as a leadership coach, mentor, and pastor.

I grew up in Indiana and I lived in Kentucky, Wisconsin, and Ohio before moving to Bay City, in Michigan’s Great Lakes Bay Region.

I married the girl I met on the first day of our freshman year at college. We have three adult daughters; two of them are married. We have two grandchildren.

A few years ago I worked with a coach who helped me find the way out of a deep rut. Experiencing the power of coaching launched my desire to become a certified coach. My mission is to accelerate your progress toward achieving your goals.

I am a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), as well as the Michigan chapter of ICF.
